“We carry inside us the wonders we seek outside us”

Rumi

As a child, one of my favorite movies was The Wizard of Oz. Little did I know that the film would hold an even deeper meaning for me as a therapist. Dorothy, Scarecrow, The Lion and The Tin Man all feel that they are lacking something. They set out on a journey to see the Wizard in the hopes of gaining from him what they feel is missing in their lives. They find out that the Wizard is not powerful after all. What they discover is that they have everything they need within themselves.

People come to therapy often seeking what they feel is lacking in their lives. My intention is to guide each individual’s journey on the “Yellow Brick Road” to their most authentic self: a place of wholeness with limitless possibilities.
